How I got
here

I call Hamilton my home after living in Vancouver for 3 years, Senegal, West Africa for four years, and Oakville, Ontario before that. I gave my life to Jesus in high school, and everything I've done since has been shaped by that dedication.

University pulled engineering into focus for me. There's something deeply satisfying about understanding how things work — and then making them work better. Two years into Mechanical Engineering at McMaster, that feeling hasn't worn off once.

Alongside that, I've always had a creative side that needed its own outlet. Design gave me that. Whether it's crafting a UI, editing a video, or putting together a website — I love the process of making something that didn't exist before.

Tutoring is the newest chapter, and one I'm genuinely excited about. Coming out of the IB program with higher level Math, Physics, and Chemistry, I know firsthand how challenging that material can be. I want to be the person who makes it less intimidating — and a lot more learnable.

At the core of all three is the same thing: I like building, making, and helping people. Everything else follows from that.

HOW IT ALL CONNECTS

Engineering — build things that work

Design — make them beautiful

Tutoring — help others do the same

Work
philosophies

01

No Corner Cutting

Even though I love speedcubing, that's the only appropriate place where cutting corners is acceptable. I'm thorough in all of my projects and will refine each detail until it's right.

02

Crystal Clear Communication

Making sure everyone is in the know about a project is vital. I communicate clearly with all team members and clients to ensure we're always on the same page.

03

Live a Little

Locking in on a solution too quickly is the easiest way to dampen creativity. I'll always challenge a proposed solution — and welcome being challenged — to ensure a great product.
